just a little longer (WORK IN PROGRESS)

They're my babies and in my gallery you can see how much they've evolved over the past 4-5 years now. Even more so if you go back to my old account, Dreamofdragons. And also, you can see I'm most definitely getting better at using my new tablet

Its a bit of a Happy New Year piece for me, because this drawing really makes me happy, it inspires me and its probably one of my favourite drawings ever. It makes me happy because well, lately I've been going through a bit or a rough patch. Thats one reason why you haven't seen much from me lately. September I was diagnosed with Epilepsy (a neurological disorder that causes me to have seizures) I've been getting treatment and everything, but on top of everything I was already dealing with including being in my senior year of high school and everyday stresses I just haven't had time... Especially this past week / two weeks I've been even worse emotionally, and really I like this drawing because it shows me I've only got a little bit further to go until my mind will let me be happy? It also shows me how far I've come as an artist... My style is so much more ME than it was before. I still need to work on it, yes, but in the new year I have one goal. That goal is to work on making myself happier, and cutting out stresses at any cost. Whether I become a hermit because of it doesn't matter, I'll be off to college sewing everyday soon enough anyways. Idk if any of you can see it in here, but at least thats what this all means to me. Maybe it'll come out more in the colouring... But <3 For now you can all catch me on my Tumblr, TheIrisWish like always. Now I've gotta get back to work and stop procrastinating on school stuff. ... And yeah, I think I'll start calling my peeps the Wishers. You'll understand with a project I'll be working on this year with any hope. It involves Gwen and Shane up here, and once I get through exams you'll probably see part of it.
